HER2 – The Continuing Story is an informational online platform aimed at physicians and oncology specialists. The platform provides up-to-date insights into the treatment of metastatic breast cancer, with a strong focus on knowledge sharing through podcasts, articles, and videos. The project is an initiative of Seagen (now Pfizer), an international biotechnology company dedicated to innovation in cancer care.

- Publishing articles with linked podcast audio files
- Support for podcast metadata (such as speakers and additional information)
- Integrated audio player for podcast playback
- Restricted content, accessible exclusively to verified physicians
- Unlocking of specific content through BIG number validation
My Role
- Implementation of the technical functionality for uploading, managing, and playing podcasts
- Development and integration of podcast-related metadata within Joomla
- Technical implementation of a smooth and logical UX flow
- Implementation of content restriction and access control based on BIG numbers
